By using Jamify and submitting any content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform or upload files.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to submit files or participate in Jamify.

3. Content You Submit

By submitting recordings or other materials, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of the content
• You grant Jamify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content to train and improve our AI model
• Your content will not be shared publicly without your consent

You retain ownership of your recordings and can request removal at any time.

4. Platform Purpose

Jamify is in an early development phase. The platform is not yet a matchmaking or commercial service. Content is collected to support research, development, and AI training.

5. No Guarantees

Jamify is offered “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of your use of the platform, AI accuracy, or future platform access.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these terms or misuse the platform.
